Latest experiment

This was done following a recipe for pecorino but with less milk (4 liters).
I barely managed to take the picture because it was finished in a blink of an eye :)


  1. Your special Pecorino looks very yummy. Have you tried to make French like cheese? Do you guys have goats? I love goat cheese.

    I am trying to improve my waistline and am on a no (low) cheese diet: it's hell!

  2. Thank you guys! It's work in progress. I need to geeve away most of the cheese I make, my waistline would suffer too :)
